All deliveries to UK mainland destinations are despatched by TNT using their standard next day service.

How can I track my order?
Following despatch you will receive an automated TNT email which will allow you to track the status of your consignment. The email will be sent to the contact at your company who placed the order, unless otherwise requested. If for any reason you do not receive your tracking email then please contact us for assistance.

Do you offer an AM delivery service?
We offer a variety of timed delivery services to suit your needs. There is an option of a pre 9am, pre 10am or pre noon delivery which are charged at additional cost. Our sales team will provide prices according to your requirements.

My parcel was due to arrive today and I have not received it yet?
All packages which have been despatched on a standard next day service are delivered before the end of the business day. If your order has not arrived as scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

My order has arrived today and the parcel is damaged.
If your parcel is damaged, please ensure you advise the driver that the delivery should be marked as damaged. All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the delivery to allow us to start the relevant claims process with TNT.

Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer an international delivery service. International deliveries must be organised by the trade distributor and we must be advised accordingly. If you are arranging collection of your consignment please make us aware at the time of ordering. We will notify you when it is ready and it can be collected from our factory address between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure you provide us with a copy of the relevant paper work and shipping labels that your chosen carrier requires for the parcels.
