Laser Engraving
High resolution laser engraving is used for marking the pen and keyring ranges. The laser burns the image into the surface of the product producing an indelible and abrasion resistant image with incredible clarity and detail. The colour of the engraving varies from different shades of grey to white depending on the type of material and surface finish of the product.
Screen Printing
Rotary screen printing is a highly cost effective method of marking pens using special catalytic inks mixed to match Pantone references and printed in solid line colours. The printed image has a durable finish, however it is not permanent and will wear away in time.
Foil Blocking
Foil blocking is used to reproduce a metallic gold or silver image onto some of the presentation boxes and leather keyrings using specially developed foils for the substrate.
